You could share about a sport you play, a sporting result from the weekend, or about your favourite sports team.

Week 3 – Favourite Music
Who is your favourite singer and why? What is your favourite music to listen to? What is your favourite song?

Week 4 - Video Games/Favourite Website
Share your favourite video games or your favourite website. Remember to share your reason why it is your favourite. 

Week 5 – Environmental news
June 5th is World Environment Day. How do you help to look after the environment? You could share a tip for helping the environment or tell us about something environmentally friendly your family does.

Week 6 – Space News
Anything to do with space... You could share facts about a planet, talk about stars, or tell the class about comets and meteors.

Week 7 - Favourite food/meal/recipe
Tell the class about your favourite food, meal or recipe. You could bring in the recipe to share!

Week 8 – Country News
Select a country and share facts and information about the country of your choice. You could talk about where it is, the flag, the language, the culture, the population.

Week 9 - Favourite friends/people and why…
Tell Room 5 about a favourite person in your life. It could be a grandparent, cousin, friend, parent... Anyone who is important to you - and why...

Week 10 – Looking backwards and looking forwards...
What will you be doing in the holidays? What was the highlight of term 2? What are you looking forward to next term?

Week 1 Term 2 - Some things to know! News, P.E., Hui

 News 
For the first week of term 2 we will be sharing about our holidays. A new timetable for the rest of term will come out later in week 1 after we decide together as a class on the topics/themes we will share about.

P.E. 
We are going to be training for Cross Country over the first two weeks of term. We are also going to be learning hockey skills.

Hui
Room 5 will be presenting at hui in week 2 of the term.
